Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House
of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

Northwest Territories Representation Act
31. Section 3 of the Northwest Territories Representation
Act is repealed and the following substituted therefor:
"3. This Part may be cited as the British North America Act, 1975,
and the British North America Acts, 1867 to 1974 and this Part may be
cited together as the British North America Acts, 1867 to 1975."

Representation Act, 1974
38. Section 3 of the Representation Act, 1974 is repealed
and the following substituted therefor:
"3. This Part may be cited as the British North America Act, 1974,
and the British North America Acts, 1867 to 1965 and this Part may be
cited together as the British North America Acts, 1867 to 1974."
