One for All and All for One !

P> I have to admit to a definate weakness for swashbuckling books and movies. Pirates, caped heroes and the Three Musketeers. That probably had something to do with this picture originally starting out as just a group of three heads done in Wookiee's style and by one addition leading to the another till voila! the present picture was finished. Although done many years ago I am still rather proud of the way this pic turned out.

This was my first Photoshop multi-layer image. It is also one of the first images that clearly shows the heavy influence that that wonderful furry artist, Wookiee, haS had on my artistic education. In this instance I depicted the lionmorphs' heads and their facial coloring very much in the style Wookiee would have done them.

Incidently, the background to this picture is an actual French chateau that was identified for me by a very nice fur. Unfortunately I do not have his e-mail handy as, like most things, it was swallowed by my "La Brea Tarpits filing system." But as soon as my system regurgitates it back up I most certainly will add the chateau's name as well as the fur's name to this page. But for the moment just know that my Three Musketeers are "are on location" posed before a real French chateau. :)
