Fur and Feathers

The second in an unintentional series of works based on the works of the Renaissance Old Masters. As soon as I saw this pose I knew it was suited for little Wilber my wolf. In it I have had him take on the role of Cupid the Roman god of carnal love. He giggled all through the posing sessions.

Pencil to PhotoShop. This is one of my most successful attempts up to this date at getting away from my "coloring book" style that leaves so much linework behind. The style is a lot more work than my old one, but I think it is a lot more pleasing to the eye.
